VENDOR GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT

The market management team reserves the right to reject any application.

Vendors shall sell only items that have been approved on the application submitted.

The market management has the sole discretion to add/delete items from the list, and unacceptable merchandise quality will not be sold at the market.

Each individual is fully responsible for knowing the laws regarding Texas Cottage Food Laws, Taxes, Permits, Licenses and Fee's, and all rules/regulations regarding the sale of their products.
Booth Space and Set up time begins at 10:30am, no later than 11:00am, Market opens at 12 pm. You are required to stay for the duration of the market, so break down may begin no earlier than 6pm. Each vendor will be assigned 1 10x10 space, Each reserved spaced is $50, $25, or $20 per set up (depending on location) Please indicate your preference in application. Any additional space will be an additional $15
Code of Conduct will be enforced.
Code of Conduct as follows: We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY market and will operate as such. Any disrespectful or unacceptable behavior will be addressed and one warning will be issued. If further behavior is displayed, immediate removal will be enforced and application revoked. We are a community of vendors all here to work together. Kindness, camaraderie, and helpfulness is the environment we support and encourage.
